Inspired by the beauty of industrial braiding machines, I challanged myself to recreate this beautiful machine. After a long tedious engineering process, a small scale industrial machine was built. The machine was designed in such a way that it would be easy to braid over certain objects. The result was differently coloured lamps, with different patterns in weaving that cover it from top to bottom.
