In this project, I assisted artist Roland van Dierendonck in the production of an interactive installation as part of the 'Çome And Look' exhibition marking the 300 years since the passing of scientist and inventor Antony van Leeuwenhoek. The workload was split 50/50, with me focussing on generating the 3D models and silicon molds along with some of the electronics.
"Your intestines house billions of bacteria, fungi and viruses that together form your microbiome. Roland van Dierendonck takes you through his personal microbiome. Everyone's microbiome is unique and depends on many factors, such as diet and exercise. A healthy microbiome is needed for a healthy life. Will we be better able to listen to our own microbiome in the future, thus laying the foundations for a healthy life? Feel and listen for yourself in this art installation"
